It's machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and hardcoat anodized, so it holds up to hard use despite being one of the lightest AR-15 handguards on the market. This 12.4" handguard has a 1.6" inner diameter and weighs just 8.7 ounces with its included barrel nut. A Picatinny rail segment is included for shooters who want to add optics mounting back in.
