Shipping Policy

If you ORDER from Three Banded Arms Co. most orders will ship either same day or next day. Firearms will ship on 2 day Fedex Air. Most companies that offer shipping do not ship on weekends, please keep this in mind when placing an order.

If you are SHIPPING TO Three Banded Arms Co. please call or text (252)-495-0538 to notify us of your shipment. We will provide a copy of our FFL to anyone who wishes to ship to us. We charge a flat rate of 20$ for a transfer from us to you. If you'd like to pay for your transfer ahead of time please see our storefront page here. 

Returns Policy

At Three Banded Arms Company, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.

Firearms, Ammunition, and NFA Items

All sales of firearms, ammunition, and NFA items (such as suppressors) are final.

  • Once a firearm has been transferred to you from an FFL dealer, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

  • We do not accept returns on ammunition for safety and liability reasons.

  • Please inspect your firearm thoroughly at your local FFL before completing the transfer. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact the manufacturer directly regarding their warranty policy.

Accessories and Gear

Most other new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all tags and seals intact.

  • Exclusions: Items that have been mounted, installed, or used (such as optics, lights, or holsters) are not eligible for return.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Restocking Fees

To cover the costs of processing and inspection, the following restocking fees apply:

  • Standard Returns: All eligible returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Cancelled Orders: Firearms or NFA orders cancelled after processing but before shipment may be subject to a 10% administrative fee.

  • Refused Shipments: Any shipments refused by the customer or the receiving FFL dealer will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping charges.

How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an eligible accessory, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly with instructions and a return authorization.
